The task of the day:

Going to the beach!

… and I achieved this on a run today which was a nice 7km plod, trying to not bin it on the ice!

Highlight of the Day:

Catching the amazing view of a container ship from the beach, makes you realise how small we are in the world, but also how connected we are.

Swedish word or phase of the day:

Ingenjören behöver en ny dator. The engineer needs a new laptop… very useful in my work 😂

It is my first full day back in the UK and it’s been so nice just to chill, and hang out. No real plans, but ticking off a few nice things.
