Happy Monday!!!

I’ve taken some days off work this week to extend the trip in Stockholm. So today Evie and I are going to Uppsala near Stockholm.

We have heard from our walking tour about this university town, and also it’s got a special link back to Evie’s Grandparents who visited this place many years before.

The city is beautiful, not the biggest place but it’s really pretty. We stopped off for an amazing oat milk latte….

Before visiting the cathedral and the fort, with our final stop in the city for a vegan cinnamon bun… the best!

This evening we went for dinner at the an Asian restaurant, where we learnt that prawn cocktails in Sweden are called shrimp chips… like no absolutely not.

We still have 2 more days of rest before I go back into the office on Thursday.
