It’s Monday, which means most people are back at work, but today is not a day of mourning the weekend. It is an opportunity to hit the ground running and really achieve you goals this week.

What are you planning on doing this week?

How will you achieve this?

What can you do right now to get into the right frame of mind?

I can go first:

This week I am planning to get into a routine of a good sleep routine, and getting back to meditating daily… I’ve fallen out of the habit.

To achieve this I will follow a guided meditation on balance and try and avoid my phone for 30minutes before I go to sleep.

Right now I can go and do a meditation to get my focus aligned with this goal.
