I have made it to Spain 😍, and I’m now reunited with Evie after long trips for both of us. Mine starting out after not sleeping all night to head to the airport for 4am, only to check my bag at the airport and not find my passport in the usual place I keep it. So I got the same taxi driver to perform some need for speed style driving to take me to my apartment so I could collect my passport and make it back.

There was an issue here, I couldn’t find the passport in my house! So I ran to the boot/trunk of the taxi and opened my bag, and in some strange pocket I found my passport… I’d had it all along. 1 hour of stress wasted 😂. But I hope you enjoyed the story. I got back to the airport in time to make my flight.

I was flying Lufthansa to Munich then on to Barcelona, and arriving 6 hours earlier than Evie allowed me to pick the rental car up, and check in to the hotel.

Plus I got to explore the city a little bit more!

This evening I got to see an old friend from my uni days, André, where we met for dinner and caught up on life over the past 7+ years.
