Hej hej, it is Sunday, and I have a long day ahead, but first things first… catching up on the qualifying for the grand prix whilst lying down on the floor with Ethan in his flat.

Post GP, we all headed off for a walk into bristol, taking in the sights and getting some amazing food, avoiding a sudden downpour, and watching some SUP’ers struggling to go upstream.

By the time it was the early afternoon, I needed to head off back up to Formby in order to see my family and pack my bike up for the trip back to Sweden.

In the middle of all this, there needed to be time to have a lovely dinner with my family.
