An interesting day of events yesterday, I enjoyed a lie in to catch up on a lot of lost sleep from having to pack up my house, fly here, then go straight into work. However, I am glad I managed to catch up on a small bit of sleep.

I was also hoping to tidy up and trim my beard but I found out that the UK shaving plug and the EU plug are actually annoyingly different. Like who decided it was a good idea? They look identical, but are just far enough apart that it does not fit.

So after I was mid beard trim my trimmer died, and I had to shave off my whole beard to avoid looking too crazy, so instead I’ve gone for a much younger look 😂.

Also I managed to get out for a 5km run near where I live. This was a good cobweb-clearing run. I have not been for a few weeks.

Today, I will go play paddle in the city with some people I found on a facebook group, so lets’s hope it is a chance to make some new friends and explore more of the city. I also plan to take a look at the Cyclekitchen (direct translation), which is a bike recycling group. I am looking to get one for my commute.
