Hej hej, early start this morning to take my parents to the airport, it was such a lovely thing having them visit me here. Hopefully they’ll come at other times of the year, to fully enjoy the country!

As it was Evie’s last full day here, I also took the day of work to be together which actually turned out amazing as I found out I was granted my chartership by the IMechE!!!!

I also was able to collect my new toy… a zwift hub, to help me train for this 315km bike ride in the summer. So I’ll be enjoying this throughout winter

Another thing ticked off for me was that I finally collected my ID, its only taken 4 months for them to give me one. But now I have it, and it lasts for 5 years…

The evening was spent hosting some friends and colleagues in my place, so we can show off the leg day that is going from the lounge to the bathroom.

All in all it has been one hell of a day!
