Hej hej, a day working from home for me, as it was the day Evie was due to leave Sweden. So I was able to work whilst she was packing and go with her to the airport.

It is always emotional saying goodbye to someone you love, when you know it will be a few weeks until you see each other again!!!!

One thing that was positive after dropping Evie off was picking up my bike, it has been serviced, but at 2000SEK (£160) it was not worth the money.

The evening then consisted of me attempting to play basketball which proceeded to see me hit the rim far too many times, and calling my own airballs as it is less embarrassing :P
